Seedline
Terms of service

The terms for using Seedline.

Last updated October 26, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Seedline ("we", "us"). They apply when you or your team use the Seedline app at app.seedline.tech or at a branded address a business uses for its Seedline workspace. If you use Seedline for a company, you agree to these terms for that company and confirm you are allowed to. If you do not agree, do not use Seedline.

The service

Seedline helps businesses find companies that fit what they sell, reach the right person, send outreach from their own email account, and handle replies with AI drafts that a person approves. Features may change as we improve the product. Some features rely on other services, such as Google, that have their own terms.

Accounts and workspaces

Your data

You keep ownership of everything you and your team put into Seedline, including leads, notes, messages and files ("your data"). You give us permission to store and process your data only to provide Seedline to you, as described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms. You are responsible for having the right to use the data you add, including contact details of the people you reach.

Acceptable use

Seedline sends email from your own account, so you are the sender. You agree to:

We may pause sending or suspend a workspace that puts recipients, the service or other users at risk, and we will tell you why when we can.

AI features

Seedline uses AI to research companies, sort replies and draft messages. AI output can be wrong or incomplete. Review drafts and research before you rely on them or send them. You decide what goes out, and you are responsible for messages sent from your account, including ones you approve to send automatically.

Fees

Paid plans, setup work and any limits are described when you sign up or in your agreement with us. Fees are billed in advance and are not refundable except where the law requires. If a payment fails or a plan ends, we may limit the workspace to read-only access until it is resolved. We will give notice before changing the price of a plan you are on.

Ending your use

You can stop using Seedline at any time and ask us to delete your workspace. We may end or suspend access if you break these terms or if we stop offering the service, with notice when we reasonably can. After a workspace ends, you can ask for an export of your data within 30 days; after that we delete it as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

Seedline is provided "as is". We work to keep it reliable and secure, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that it will produce any particular sales result. Deliverability of email depends on your account, your content and your recipients' providers.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Seedline is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim about Seedline is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will update the date above and tell workspace Owners before it takes effect. Using Seedline after that means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Seedline is organized, without regard to conflict of law rules, and of the United States where applicable.
