How Seedline
works.
Name your best account. Seedline finds every company like it, and the buyer. Then it helps you reach them from your own inbox, sorts every reply, books the call and carries each account to Won. Agents do the legwork. You make the calls.
- SeedName your best account, or describe it
- HuntAgents research the market for lookalikes
- CheckEach company verified on its own site, scored 1 to 5
- ReachYou approve the pitch; it sends from your Gmail
- SortAutopilot reads every reply and drafts the answer
- MeetThe buyer books a time from your link
- WonEvery account on one board, start to finish
Set up in five minutes.
One Google sign-in connects your mail, calendar and Drive. Tell Seedline about your business once, and every hunt, email and booking page uses it.
- Continue with GoogleGmail, Google Calendar and Drive connect in the same step. There is nothing else to link.
- Name your workspaceWhoever creates it is the Owner. One email can belong to several workspaces, with a different role in each.
- Tell Seedline about your businessThe welcome dialog opens on its own. These answers steer every AI hunt, email draft and reply.
- Invite your teamTeam, then Members. Add an email and a role, and an invite opens in your own mail app, ready to send.
- Turn on notifications and instant bookingBoth live in Settings. On iPhone, add Seedline to your Home Screen first to get notifications.
Who do you want more of?
Describe a company, or pick one of your best accounts. Agents research the market, check every company on its own website, and bring back scored lookalikes with the buyer.
What happens during a hunt
Most hunts finish in under 40 minutes. You can close the app; the hunt keeps going and Seedline Bot tells you when it is done.
- 01Find wideThree researchers work in parallel, each on different sources: associations, buying groups and directories; competitor and partner where-to-buy pages and reviews; trade shows, local news and the region itself.
- 02Check each on its own siteAn agent opens every company's website. Is it active? Is it a buyer, not a competitor or supplier? Does it match your ideal customer, and how big is it? It collects contacts and writes a one-line opener about the company.
- 03Score 1 to 5A fit checklist averaged with the agent's own judgement. Companies already in your pipeline are left out by domain and name.
- 04Check the emailEvery domain must accept mail. Seedline never guesses or pattern-builds an address, and only uses public information.
Review what came back
Independent outdoor store, two locations, stocks camp cookware from three brands like yours. Vendor page asks for new-brand pitches.
Carries Trailhead Goods across its camp aisle. Worth a pitch on price.
Choose Not a fit and pick a reason: Does it in-house, Too small, Too big, Wrong channel, Wrong region, Out of business, Already a customer or Other. The next hunts learn from it, along with what you approved and which leads replied. Every hunt shows what it cost per lead added.
Agents do
- Research the market from three angles at once
- Visit every company's site and verify it
- Score fit, flag competitor users, find the buyer
- Check that each email domain accepts mail
- Learn from your approvals, rejections and replies
You decide
- Who to hunt for, and how many
- Which finds join the pipeline
- Whether a search repeats on its own
- How many hunts each Rep can start a week
Repeating searches and where to hunt next
Owners can set a finished hunt to Repeat automatically. On weekdays, when untouched leads drop below a level you set (40 by default), Seedline reruns the saved search with the best reply rate, at most once a day. Scan the market looks across the web and suggests five places to hunt next, scored out of 10 with sources, alongside picks from your own reply rates by state.
Every account, and the buyer.
Leads holds every company you are working, with its stage, its answer, its owner and the next step. Open one and Seedline finds the buyer if it doesn't have one yet.
| Company | Stage | Next |
|---|---|---|
| Harbor & MainChico, CA, from your hunt | Follow up Thu | |
| Lakeshore ProvisionsTahoe City, CA | Thu 2:00 | |
| Northbank OutfittersBoise, ID | Check in Fri | |
| Mesa Hardware Co.Tucson, AZ | Reply drafted |
The contact finder
When a lead has a website but no email, Seedline reads the company's own site: the homepage and a few more pages, partner and vendor pages first (become a vendor, new supplier, sell to us), then contact pages. It keeps emails on the company's own domain and puts purchasing, buyer, vendor and sales inboxes first, skipping billing, HR, careers and no-reply addresses. It also finds phones and vendor forms, and flags sites that no longer load. It never overwrites what you already have.
Adding, importing and keeping things tidy
Owners can export to Google Sheets, mark a lead out of business (and restore it), and delete for good. Every one of those actions lands in the audit log.
Lead pages
Owners can publish simple landing pages with a form, in your logo and color, from the Hunts page. Write it for me drafts the copy. Each submission becomes a lead (or a note on the lead that already has that email), goes to the teammate you choose, and arrives as a Seedline Bot message and a notification. Each page shows its visits and leads.
Pitch from your own inbox.
Emails go out from your Gmail with your signature, so replies come straight back to you. Follow-ups are drafted and timed for you, and stop the moment someone answers.
Saw you just expanded the camp aisle in Chico. We make the cookware your customers already ask for, and I'd love to send our wholesale proposal this week.
Would any of these work for a quick call?
The follow-up sequence
Counted from your intro. It stops as soon as the lead replies or anyone on your team touches the lead. Owners can edit it: up to five emails, each on any day from 1 to 60.
Each gets the next step of your sequence, written for them. I'll send from your Gmail, one every minute or two, and skip anyone who answers in the meantime.
Today
Today is your list for the day: emails with no answer, reminders, follow-ups due, proposals to send, proposals waiting on an answer, new finds to review, and the best leads nobody has started yet. Above it, this week's touches, proposals sent, answers and yeses, each compared with last week.
Every reply, read and answered.
Autopilot watches your inbox for replies from your leads, works out what each one means, and gets everything ready: the answer, the stage, the follow-up and a drafted reply. You approve it in one click.
“Could you send a proposal for our Tucson store? Our buyer Rosa Silva handles new lines, copying her here.”
Handled for you
- Checks every teammate's inbox every 15 minutes, even with the app closed
- Saves new contacts, phones and notes from a reply, with Undo
- Bounces: takes the dead address off the lead
- Auto-replies and out-of-office: just moves the follow-up date
- Unsubscribes: closes the lead as do not contact
- Replies you already answered in Gmail: closed out
Waits for your OK
- Every reply that goes out
- Calendar invites when a time is agreed, with a conflict check
- Emails to someone they referred you to
- Every stage and answer change
From new to won, on one board.
Every account sits in one stage. Drag a card to move it, or let Seedline move it for you as things happen.
| When this happens | The account moves to |
|---|---|
| You email, call or log any touch | Contacted, and it's assigned to you if nobody owns it |
| They answer Interested | Replied |
| You start sending your key step | Proposal requested, due today |
| You mark it sent | Proposal sent, with a check-in in 10 days |
| They book from your link, or agree a time | Meeting |
| They answer Yes | Won |
| They answer No, or unsubscribe | Not interested |
Buyers book themselves.
Suggest times picks three slots that work for both of you, in the buyer's time zone. Every email carries a booking link, and a booking lands on your Google Calendar with a Meet link or their phone number.
You hear about it right away: a notification when they first open your page, and again when they book. Calls keeps the directory of everyone to call, your call history, and a week calendar of every booked call with Join and Call buttons. Tap a number and log how it went: Talked, Voicemail or No answer.
A whole sales team, from day one.
On your own, your agents do the legwork of a team. As you hire, reps and agents work the same pipeline, with roles the database itself enforces.
- Everything a Rep can do
- Add people and change roles
- Settings and hunt limits
- Import, export and delete leads
- Leads, emails and calls
- Autopilot, hunts and chat
- Team and settings
- Import, export or reassign leads
Chat starts with #general and #wins, plus a DM with every teammate. Share files up to 25 MB, react, mention, pin and forward. Type /summary for a TL;DR with decisions, action items, open questions and numbers. Set reminders in plain words, once or on repeat. Team also has a leaderboard (a touch is worth 1 point, an answer 2, your key step 3 and a yes 10), the activity feed, and the members list with every change logged.
It tells you what needs you.
Seedline Bot sends each person a short set of cards in their DM. You choose which ones you get in Settings.
Vendor forms, filled in.
Many buyers only take pitches through a vendor or new-supplier form. Seedline Fill, our Chrome extension, fills the form with your details and your pitch. You check it and press their Submit.
Works inside embedded HubSpot, Jotform, Typeform, Wufoo, Formstack, Zoho, Tally and similar forms. Your details stay in Chrome on your computer. Install it from Settings, Seedline Fill. On Safari and Firefox there is a bookmarklet, and on phones, Copy message.
Everything in one place.
Your business profile lives under Team, Workspace. Keyboard shortcuts: 1 to 7 jump between Today, Autopilot, Chat, Leads, Calls, Hunts and Team; j k move through a list; ⌘K searches everything.
Your data stays yours.
Seedline uses Anthropic's Claude models for research, scoring, reply sorting and drafts. Contact details come only from public sources, mostly each company's own website.

Good to know.
Does Seedline ever email anyone on its own?
No. Every email, reply, follow-up batch and invite needs your click. Autopilot only does housekeeping on its own: saving new contact details from a reply, moving a follow-up date for an out-of-office, removing a bounced address, and closing a lead that unsubscribed.
Which email providers work?
Gmail and Google Workspace today. Outlook and other work inboxes are coming soon.
How long does a hunt take?
Most finish in under 40 minutes. It runs in the background, so you can close the app; Seedline Bot tells you when it's done.
Where do the emails come from?
Public sources, mostly the company's own website. Seedline checks every domain accepts mail and never guesses or builds an address from a pattern.
Will it find companies that use a competitor?
Yes, if you list your competitors in your business profile. Those finds carry a Comp tag, and you can filter Leads to them.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. Seedline works in your phone's browser with a bottom tab bar for Today, Autopilot, Leads and Calls. On iPhone, add it to your Home Screen to get notifications.
What does it cost to run a hunt?
Every hunt shows its own cost per lead added, and Insights shows what hunting cost over the last 30 days.
