Seedline Fill privacy policy
Last updated October 21, 2026
Seedline Fill is a Chrome extension for sales teams that use Seedline. When you click it on a company's contact page, it fills that page's form with your name, email, phone, company, website and an introduction message, so you can review it and send it yourself.
What it uses
- Your name, email, phone number, job title, your company name and website, and the introduction message. These come from the link that Seedline opens ("Open form & fill").
- The form fields on the page you're on when you click Seedline Fill, so it can tell which box is which.
Where it's kept
Your contact details are saved only in your own browser (Chrome's local extension storage), so Seedline Fill can fill a form you open yourself. The introduction message isn't saved. The extension doesn't send anything to us or to anyone else.
What it never does
- It never submits a form. You check what it filled and press the page's own Send button.
- It doesn't read or collect anything from pages you don't click it on, and it doesn't track your browsing.
- It doesn't sell, share or transfer any data, and it doesn't use data for advertising or credit decisions.
- It doesn't load or run code from outside the extension.
Permissions
- activeTab and scripting: to fill the form on the page you clicked Seedline Fill on.
- storage: to remember your own contact details in your browser.
- Form services (HubSpot, Jotform, Typeform and similar): many company contact forms are embedded from these services; access lets Seedline Fill fill those forms too, only when you click it.
- Your Seedline app's address: to let the app know Seedline Fill is installed. It sets a single marker on the app's page and reads nothing.
Removing it
Remove Seedline Fill from chrome://extensions at any time; its saved details are deleted with it.
